High-speed rail is transforming from a vision into a tangible reality in Southern California. As the state moves toward a future with reduced emissions and faster, cleaner mobility, critical infrastructure projects are converging to reshape regional connectivity. This panel brings together key leadership from Metro, the High Desert Corridor Joint Powers Agency, and the California High-Speed Rail Authority to discuss the integration of the CAHSR mainline with the emerging Brightline West system via the proposed High Desert Corridor.
